knees shaking a bit underneath her, komaru tried to steady her stance, clutching her hacking gun close to her chest. she’d been living this nightmare for long enough now that she’d actually managed to gain some confidence in her survival skills, but that didn’t mean she wasn’t frightened-- it just meant she had better control over her body.
(it was rather funny to think that she’d thought her life before this was hellish. she had no idea what was to come.)
at this moment in time, she didn’t have fukawa to back her up. that thought gave her pause as she winded her way through the streets of towa. disturbingly enough, every monokuma she’d come across so far had already been dismembered. her mouth was dry as she rounded another corner... and somebody was already there. an adult, she thought, so despite the warning signs from earlier she didn’t think anything of calling out to them.
“h-hey! over there...! do you need help?”
