I don't know if it's a great time but would you folks be interested if I did a sale (to worldwide) of reroots and a few barbie heads (Litdh Midge, Trichelle, Kayla, a bald Janay, the vintage skippers...), wigs, hair? Bigger dolls and items would have to be western EU only. I'm looking to declutter my brain space more than anything.

I have no wishlist except $ to send out gifts, fantasy nice nylon, curvy barbie bodies (molded bodices fine) casual clothes, liquid fusion and strands of nylon taped to a piece of paper with corresponding names to build up my swatch, whatever special custom documents bags you can just peel and stick to parcels (I haven't found the right keywords) and the elastics that come with mattel and mga dolls that are somehow more durable that anything you can get for humans.

I need to buy new paintbrushes and some medium, some doll-safe hair gel, plastic straws, non vinyl gloves.

Half finished projects or ones that need paint touchups will be discounted. Simba doll heads can be provided with neckgrafts pre installed.

I'll offer the cheap bubble letter with tracking or more expensive big shoe boxes.

Is it a bad time just before 'back to school' and with new doll lines hitting the shelves? (I'm also happy to do saran or nylon replacement on your new dolls at 5$ an hour, you supply the hair, if it turns out they have naf poly)

Did a first pass Kon-Mari of my art supplies.  Not sure if I’m ever gonna work in colored pencil again but let me tell you CONTE CRAYONS bring back bad memories.  Its funny, I colored everything in markers but I must have thrown them out cause I got nada.  Pencils you can always use, ink, you will always use.  Verdict is still out on the sculpey/clay I have.  Anyway, thats the first pass.  Gotta see if I can successfully unload some of this paper that has been animation punched and some of these aluminum coils used for making clay animation characters.  Eventually I have to evaluate finished work and THATS always a pain.

2020

I’m really feeling the need/desire to set some resolutions for the new year, like my little brain has decided 2020 will be better, which is interesting and new, so I think I’m going to low pressure try to roll with that feeling!?!

Last year I pseudo did Zero Waste Nerd’s 30 day challenge, with a small degree of success, so I want to try that again but maybe give myself a week for each step, and personalize the goals a bit. For example, eating breakfast at home would be a huge improvement on my waste production if I could keep it up.

I want to set some cleaning related goals for myself so I don’t constantly feel the need to go on a ufyh spree.

And finally I want to set some really basic self care goals: go to the dentist, get new glasses, etc.

Anyway, I’m contemplating a 2020 bucket list instead of a resolutions list, so I won’t feel like I’m failing if I have a bad day or two or week.

my shelf broke so now im konmari-ing my closet

It's the kind of thing I watch out youtube for fun so like.... why wouldn't I wanna make my own, you know? Anyway. Enjoy the tidiness

So many academics have so many books. Like walls and walls of books. But in my house we stan Marie Kondo and if the only books that bring me joy is the signed John Green and Suzanne Collins books, a couple of writing manuals, and a single Naruto Volume 6 manga then gosh darnet then that’s all the books i’m gonna have !

I am currently in the process of organizing my bookshelf in my office using many KonMari techniques...two of these techniques I have been using for quite some time... Such as how I organize all my cross stitching thread!

This is the way I like to have it organized and it makes it so much easier to find what I'm looking for... It makes it so much easier to sort it when I buy new threads... I think the last thing I need to do one day is to get the entire spreadsheet of every single thread color and then I need to inventory what I have so that when I go to the store I don't buy duplicates especially if I have almost 5 skeins of BLANC.

This is also where I plan on storing all my yarn and so I might keep half of the shelf for cross stitch and the other half for knitting! Is it obvious what color yarns I like the most? Haha

The lady who runs the Wooly Bully knit club... Often times she will get donations of yarn and a lot of times it's a whole big garbage bag full and she only uses a small amount of it when it's children's craft time at the library... So she asked if we wanted any and of course I took some home! I love free yarn

It feels good to have everything organized!

And on a plus note... My mom decided on a whim to come and visit me and so is freeze up a lot more of my time to do knitting and crafting because I don't have to worry about taking care of a toddler when my mom loves doing it!

Here I am, friends. This is me in my natural study habitat (that is, when I’m not in my bed). I am very proud of the space that I have created for my studying to take place. I love how my brain lights up when I sit in my chair. I love how creative and inspired I feel. I love my lights (they spell “study” in cursive).
