(good theme hika *thumbs up*) the word 'satan' for a headcanon.

satan, to jehanne, is everything that evil stems from. he is something that is meant to lead them astray from their faith and true lord. when a person does something morally wrong that most would frown upon, she feels that it is not simply because god ‘does not care’ to stop it from happening, but because he uses him as a sense to test those and their piety. this is why she does not ask why god let’s such ‘horrible’ things happen, because they are meant to utilize this free will they are given to prove themselves rather than being handed everything to them.

this also is the reason why she does not fear satan, either. she strongly believes that because she continues to lay faith in god and his love that she he cannot bring harm to her directly.

yamuraiha, how was it teaching aladdin? did he teach YOU anything, in particular? doesn't have to be anything that has to do with magic.

I am not particularly fond of children. So I suppose I learned a new measure of patience in teaching the child. His innocence was refreshing, but not an entirely practical worldview. I found myself endeared by it, but also apprehensive, knowing that some encounter with The Organization would eventually shatter that innocence, no matter how cruel such a thought may be.

I have learned much about Solomon’s wisdom from the child as well. I would like to study it in full when he returns to Sindria.
