Would you bite Arima?
“If I have to confront him, then yes. Bite him, I’d rather not.”
@kooried It was not uncommon for doctors, generally accompanied by a Special Class investigator when it came to ghouls of her rank, to come examine her kind in Cochlea. Research, they said, chipping off bits of skin samples or taking blood withdrawals with needles made of quinque steel. Hinami never gave trouble, though regardless, the protocol was the same; a strap of leather tied between her teeth to prevent her from taking chunks out of the doctor, and binding that circled her upper arms and back, to her wrists as well. “Today,” The doctor announced, “We’ll be taking a direct RC Cell sample. You will pull forth your kagune, but if you weaponize it against us, then the investigator here will immediately execute you.” There’s a little nod-- but at the same time, an accompanied hesitation. The doctor had been unclear; which kagune was he referencing to? Surely the paperwork mentioned both, but at this rate with the positioning of the straps, she wouldn’t be able to summon either. They bound tightly just so that any kagune summoned would twart through too low, and possibly damage her lower back muscles in the process. With how much the abilities were sedated, healing would take a considerable amount of time. She wouldn’t even be able to summon her upper wings with these restraints at all. “Alright. Do so now.” An awkward silence followed, and to the directly watching, it might seem she was disobeying the direct order. The girl made a noise against the leather gag, biting hard against it, though even a ghoul’s teeth didn’t seem to be able to severe it. ‘I can’t,’ she wanted to say, and her brows furrowed as the doctor’s tone grew a bit irate.
“Do you not understand the position you’re in? Not complying will have serious repercussions.” Hinami frowned, silenced still as she sent the accompanying investigator a somewhat strained glance. Perhaps this guest would have a bit more common sense about the abilities of a ghoul in-action than a theoretical doctor’s approach would.
