Well then...
The Poutine Experiment
Canadians love their poutine. The rest of the world does not. Even cultures with equally (if not more) heart-stopping cuisine such as America and Britain do not mix gravy, cheese and fries together! What is going on?? In fact, in the UK Chips and Cheese are HUGE but gravy is out of the question lol.
So I decided to see what some of my students thought of this exotic combination. . . this was how it went down.
