Kimchi One might find it wild but, I had never tried kimchi before, so making it and flying blind was certainly less than ideal but again, it was helpful that I could go in without any preconceived notions. It was something that was overplayed by a lot. Did not have high hopes for it, but it did live up to my expectations of how good it could be. I felt it was a little too gingery, but it was also my first time.
