The Theresian community presents to you FIAT LUX: BANDFEST 2012 ☆ Get ready to feel the heat as we spice up your average chilly Friday night with a wide array of rousing dance and musical performances for the benefit of Gawad Kalinga and Sambayanan Educational Foundation, Inc. • • • • • We’re kicking off the show with an intense number by the PHILIPPINE HUMAN BEATBOX ALLIANCE featuring STC’s very own JILLIAN OLIVEROS that’s sure to get you immediately pumped-up for the night. Then get a taste of more homegrown Theresian talent as ADMIT ONE, AMPERSAND, OVERHAULED, PARALLAX and AFRODITES coax your ears with their inventive covers throughout the event. Our guest bands include URBANDUB and PARKING FIVE, whose bassist DANIEL PADILLA of ABSCBN's Growing Up is sure to keep you standing on your toes. But Padilla is definitely not the only sight to watch out for because San Beda Rizal’s REDZ IN BEATS, Don Bosco Mandaluyong’s FUSION FORCE, Claret School’s HATAW, Ateneo de Manila’s INDAK, Marist School’s HIGH IMPACT and STC's very own DANCE VARSITY TEAM will blow you all away with their fiery dance performances. But make sure to look out for SURPRISES because we still have A LOT MORE in store for you. ;) Being an early bird has its perks, by the way. The first 500 people to arrive shall get a special FREEBIE by the entrance, so you have to come EARLY to get dibs on them. • • • • • Tickets are sold on the night itself at 70 PHP. But you may approach/contact any Theresian associate if you wish to buy in advance. A STRICT DRESS CODE shall be implemented for Theresians and outsiders alike: For GENTS - No sando, slippers, distressed jeans, sandals, cut-off shirts, cross-dressing, expensive jewelry (except watches) and clothing with inappropriate writing or images. For LADIES - No distressed jeans, tube/tank/spaghetti-strapped/cropped tops, mini skirts, short shorts (2" above the knees) expensive jewelry (except watches) and clothing with inappropriate writing or images.
