"You're home without me needing to call or text? Did you start missing me, Thanatos?"

(Child a year later meme) When he saw her, Thanatos halted, frowning, and shot a text to the nearest reaper to take care of what he had been on his way to do. "Where have you been, Konis?" he asked softly, staring at the child who was gaping at him over the woman's shoulder. "And where did you get /that/?"

It had been the suddenly happy squeaking coming from the baby in her arms that had made Konis stop to begin with. She was usually a quiet child and the sudden burst of excitement had startled her. Of course, turning to see Thanatos had not been what she was expecting.

"I, uh, went home for a while. Had to see mother about some things." She paused, adjusting the child and smiling a little. "She has a name, you know. This is Illyria. She's mine. Well, ours, really.."

She had broken in again, intent on finding something, anything, she could use to get her sister to just return home with her. But all she had manage to do was find a bunch of notebooks filled with last words and get caught but some kid.

Turning slowly, Ko narrowed her eyes on the man, one of the older books dangling from her fingers. "Who the hell are you?"

"I am not leaving until she agrees to come home where she is supposed to be."
