The map of milgram (the prison cell part) is sorta replicated in Deep cover, the panopticon is the judgement piece

Though the 11th door is missing. The chairs are like a representation of the prison cells

So I think the final price is more related to es/judgement than kotoko. Plus kotoko only shows the other prisoners as shadows and chess pieces.
