I’ve just found a fantastic definition of the 2nd one on urban dictionary:
“An open relationship is a relationship where one person does not own the other. The couple are not exclusively seeing each other and can date, flirt and hook up with other people should they wish to do so. In a true open relationship the couple will be fully honest with each other (unlike most regular relationships). They will not get pissed at each other for stupid things such as not ringing the day before, wearing a slutty top, passing out cold in a club, kissing that lesbian in the lift. In fact they will just love each other for who they are and support each other through times of need. Although other people will say they are sluts and it will never work, they only say this because they are jealous.”
I hate how regular couples don’t trust each other and are afraid of cheating every damn second. I'm not. I just want the other person to trust me, treat me like a human and be honest. They can totally have a life which I don’t know about. I just still want them to spend some time with me and not risk my health. I can even agree to be monogamous while the other person isn't, if I would be okay with that. Apparently, that’s still too much nowadays :/ Or am I that rubbish of a dating material?
