Here's part 1 of 2 of the "Kiff Possible" segment of the Season 4 Chibiverse opener. There is (from left to right, the snowboard, the jet pack, the spy glasses, the knockout gas that looks like lip gloss, the fast shoes from Queen Bebe, the Supersuit, the hairdryer grappling gun, the fast skates from Crush, and, of course, the Kimmunicator).
And yes, Will Friedle has reprised his role as Ron (both audio and the end credits confirmed it) and Christy Romano reprised her role as Kim.
Team Possible have the most lines, by far, of anything KP-related in Chibiverse. Kim has a total of 29 lines and Ron has 26 for a total of 55.
My biggest gripe with the episode, though, is no sign of Shego and STILL no sign of Drakken. :(
