      Bouncing on the balls of her feet  ,  Helena stood by the side of the road  ,  thumb stuck out whenever a car went by  .    So far though  ,  no one had stopped  ,  and she was still stuck out here  ,  in the middle of who-the-fuck-knows-where  ,  practically PRAYING that she wouldn’t have to sleep on the side of the road again  .    

                  “      Come on  !      ”  She whined  ,  waving her arm as another car appeared on the road  .
