A/n: So I just read like the basic character description for Krasue (I don't know if there is already more lore for her but I'm not up-to-date with that) and worked with that for the headcanons. And thank you for the request
The Nurse (Sally Smithson)
Sally’s flirting is more subtle, so subtle you might miss it if you didn’t know her that well.
She doesn’t use pet names. Instead, she says your name softly, carefully, like just your name is something precious
When she gets closer to you she always makes sure that you can somehow notice her presence so that you don't get scared.
Her voice drops when she speaks to you, still breathy, but gentler somehow
She’ll stand closer than necessary, drifting just within your personal space, as if testing whether you’ll pull away
Sally shows affection through attention. She notices when you’re hurt, tired, or anxious long before you say anything
Eye contact is difficult for her, but when she does meet your gaze, she holds it
There’s something very intense and vulnerable in the way she searches your face
If you tease her gently, she doesn’t quite understand it at first. After a moment, there’s a quiet, breathless sound that might be a laugh
Her hands tremble when they linger near you, fingers hovering as if asking permission before touching. Even just brushing your sleeve feels very much intimate to her
She never rushes interactions with you, time seems to slow when you’re together for her somehow
Sally flirts by just being honest with you, often something just slipping out before she can stop herself

Plague (Adiris)
Adiris also does not flirt boldly, her affection is quiet, devotional, offered only to you

Adiris rarely initiates touch, but when she does, it's usually very hesitant with her hand slowly getting closer to yours
She worries constantly about infecting or burdening you, flirting, for her, is making sure you’re safe, comfortable, and cared for
And again she often prays for you even if you aren't there, asking for your protection, your peace, your happiness (at least as far as you could have those things in the realm)
The Krasue (Burong Sukapat)
Burong’s flirting is something that begins long before she speaks, it’s in the way her eyes linger on you, sharp and searching, as if weighing whether you are real, or another temptation the fog has conjured.
She carries herself with the grace of a performer, every movement intentional. When she chooses to sit near you, it feels deliberate, like you’ve been selected from a crowd.
Her voice is her strongest weapon, and she knows it. When she speaks to you, she lowers it slightly on purpose, the tone like honey to pull you in
Burong flirts through admiration. She watches how you move, how you survive, how you endure, and quietly lets you know she finds your strength beautiful
Compliments from her are rare, when you get one it's always sincere, when she praises you, it feels earned and not like it's given lightly
When you don’t recoil from her after seeing what she is, something in her expression shifts, something like relief, surprise
