Cats, dogs, both or neither?

I used to be more hardcore both; now, I'm more of a cat person. Dogs lick and slobber a little too much for me, for the balance to still be equal. I also love how cats are so pliable as it makes for great cuddles. And purring. And catnip. And laser pointers. And my cats <3

What’s a common tradition where you live that you’d rather not partake in or just don’t understand?

Can I do an age group thing I never want to partake in and partially don't understand? Getting drunk and thus getting hung over. I don't understand the appeal of that kind of loss of control and the the suck-tastic consequences.

If you had a chance to travel back to only one place and time in history, where and when would you go and why?

How long would I be there? Because very few times/places are woman friendly...especially bi-racial woman friendly. But if that didn't matter, I would love to see the lifestyles of the upper-class Ancient Grecians and Romans...The Tudors...Cleopatra's Alexandria...So many different places. But If I had to live there for a bit or if my gender and race factored in...I honestly would most love to go back in time to hear my mom sing when she was in high school...that over anything else, I think. I love her and I know she loves singing and everyone I've met from her high school remembers her performance as Maria in West Side Story and showers praises on her for it...she was in the papers, too. I just want to hear her voice at the height of her passion for it, because we both share that passion and it's a from a part of her life I'll never get to experience.

Would you rather know nothing about your family’s history, or absolutely everything?  Why?

Coming from someone who doesn't know half to most of her family's history due to being left by her father, and her mother's family not liking her racial status and her mother's choices...I'd rather know absolutely everything than nothing. There's too much emptiness in nothing, too many what ifs and too many moments of I wish I knew and could share. Even if the history is bad, history does not reflect on those here and now, it doesn't mean those alive are bad people. We're all individuals with individual lives and choices...and I'd love to know everything about my family...just like I'd love to know everything about those in my life right now. I love knowing and understanding people...and, again, you don't know the ache of nothing until you experience it.

Favorite comedy sketch?

...I really hate stand-up comedy. And am not a huge comedy fan, in general either. I think it's because my sense of humor is very different than other people's...and I detest "dumb" humor. Smart, witty, clever humor, I LOVE. Give me witty, sharp, snarky banter any day. Anyways, I can't really answer this question because I don't have enough things to draw from. :( ...I really like Quinto and Pine interviews? Cat videos? The "To the Window, to the Wall" scene in the Proposal?

What songs do you have in your music library that you would never ever willingly share with most of the people you know outside of tumblr?

My iTunes library is something very few, if any, have seen...my taste in music is too eclectic for me to actively share it. But I guess the most embarrassing thing is that I have an A*Teens album on there? ...It's catchy. I also have a song called Porn Star Dancing that is also really, unfortunately, catchy.

Most annoying television show?

Spongebob Squarepants. I'd rather watch Jersey Shore, and that's saying something.

Who’s the most drop dead fucking gorgeous person you’ve ever seen?

YOU ASK THIS ON TUMBLR?! JAYSUS THIS IS HARD. ...Ok. Jensen Ackles is a BEAUTIFUL man. Not my ultimate celebrity crush, but he is "drop dead fucking gorgeous." As is my celebrity crush of Tom Hardy. Female-wise on the "drop dead fucking gorgeous" and "I would consider changing sexuality for you", Marion Cottillard.

A celebrity or fictional character for whom you have massively conflicted feels?  Describe said feels.

Mostly I have conflicted feels for people I know IRL rather than a celebrity or character. But I suppose I'm recently torn over whether or not I like Chris Pine...I don't know why. I think I unintentionally let the gossip about his promiscuity with only models get to my feels on him, and that's wrong of me, I know. Perhaps I subconsciously wish celebrities would be examples to the masses that you don't have to be a model or have a great body or be beautiful to be in a relationship. But I do acknowledge that he's attracted to whomever he is attracted to and he doesn't have to relinquish his right to his choices. It's kinda the same with Benedict Cumberbatch right now. I love him dearly, but I don't know if he ever talked about the white-washing of Khan...and ever since Olivia and he broke up...he's kinda joined the same model train as Pine and many other Hollywood males.

Favorite art form/medium?

Visual art like painting, etc right? Not including dance, etc? If so, I LOVE watercolor and wish I could do it. Photography is also wonderful.
