Praying about my time over here, I keep hearing the Lord simply saying, "Enjoy me and enjoy my people" and that is precisely what I have been able to do these past two weeks. This woman is SOMETHING else + yesterday we got to celebrate her like no other. Thank you for reflecting the life and love of Christ in ways people don't often experience. You have this effortless way of leaving people with wanting more out of life when they interact with you and it truly is a gift from God. This year I have met more ladies than I could have ever imagined + I am more convinced than ever that we (and everyone else) are truly called to be the ones who make the difference. Who step out of comfort zones and safety nets, and put their lives out there for the sake of His kingdom and the good of others. So often we doubt ourselves or think we aren't BLANK enough, but that couldn't be further from the truth. We serve a God of absolute abundance and if you run after your callings for His purposes then all you will ever need will be given to you. A visual representation of a feeling of which there are no real words to explain. ••• At first, I would explain this strange feeling as something that needed to be released by kissing someone, squeezing a puppy, or screaming but now I know this feeling is the "inexpressible joy" that Peter talks about in Peter 1:8. It's an understanding that we are able to be joyful in every and any situation because we know that God is with us through it all. The MOSTEST sub-par photo for SUCH a cool experience last night •• I am on cloud nine as I was able to speak to @chapmanaphi about the fine line between comparison and inspiration + how choosing between the two is all in one's perspective. Feeling super grateful for this chapter and all of the #rockstar inspiring women I have met through it - so many world changers. Being on the go and having movement in our lives is good, but OH MY how we need to stop and slow down. Moving into a season of "what's next," I think the biggest thing I need is to not have an immediate "need." To not plan anything big and rather just be and dream and let emotions and reality catch up to myself. This last season has been INCREDIBLE but it was a lot of busyness + hustle + not a lot of rest. So... I am SO looking forward to being able to slow down for a little (even though is hard for me) in order to see what God has brewing for me next. Until Monday night (when I fly to NZ!!!!), I will be soaking in all I can of my friends and working to slow down my "get things done" mentality and just be.
