The journey to the Cross is relatable to the story of our life. Sometimes, we fall but strives to stand up to heed on our destination. We carry our crosses the way we carry our burdens everyday. We thirst at times when all seems dry and dreary, we desire to be quenched from our earthly or spiritual thirsts. As Christians, let us remember the way to the Cross. Like Christ, even though the road is scorching, even when everyone yells at us and even if everyone persecute us, we must continue to desire to walk the path, a path that leads us to the Father. Remember also that Christ did not walk alone. He is with His disciples, friends along with Him and that teaches us that even though we may feel helpless, in the presence of friends we are comforted. The way to the Cross is a way of life. A life with Christ. A life with the Spirit.
