RULES AND GUIDELINES
01. Age and trigger warnings
Zenith is a mature roleplay that can deal with dark themes. As such all members joining must be 18 or above. We do not accept faceclaims under the age of 19. By applying to this roleplay, you truthfully state that you meet our age requirement. If the admin team discovers you are underage, you will be promptly removed and banned. In Zenith you may find darker themes such as: murder, bloodshed, corruption, sex, and more. If such themes make you uncomfortable or triggered, Zenith might not be the best for you. Please consider this thoroughly before applying. Don't forget to place proper trigger warningsin your threads, your character's bio, out-of-character posts, and your SNS wall. We do not allow triggering images to be posted as SNS, there is a group specific for NSFW imagery.
02. Drama OOC and IC
There is zero tolerance for out-of-character drama and fighting. If an issue between you and another member arises, we ask that you message the admin team so we can help take care of the issue. You may use the out-of-character group to vent if you need it, but don't forget to use trigger warnings if the topic calls for them. Zenith is meant to be a safe space for all members. Make sure to separate IC and OOC. Political baiting, bullying, misogyny, sexism, racism, homophobia, etc. will not be tolerated. If the admin team finds you guilty of any of these offences you will be permanently banned. We have a zero tolerance policy for this out-of-character. In-character drama is welcome, but it always needs to be discussed and consented on by both parties. Roleplaying is meant to be fun, not stressful.
03. Sexuality, gender and smut
Zenith welcomes characters of all genders and sexualities. Members of Zenith are free to express their characters how they see fit in a respectful way. This means, we do not allow members to play intersex, transgender, or non-binary characters unless the faceclaim you are using identifies as such in real life. We want to be respectful to the faceclaims' gender identity. Misgendering individuals can be traumatic, so refrain from changing the gender identity or sex of your faceclaims. If you are transgender, intersex, non-binary in real life, we welcome you with open arms!
Regarding smut threads there are a few topics which are banned in Zenith:
Bestiality - While allowed in bios please refrain from writing any sexual threads where Werepeople are in full animal form.
Non-con and Dub-con - While allowed in bios please refrain from using them in actual threads. Don't forget to use trigger warnings when you use them in bios. CNC is allowed but use the trigger warning on the thread!
Pedophilia - While allowed in bios your muse must never be the perpetrator. This topic is banned in any smut threads, but if you plan on using this topic for a revenge plot don't forget to put that information in the trigger warnings.
04. Welcoming new members,bubble roleplaying, fc chasing and selective replies
Current community members have to welcome our new arrivals! We ask that you not only comment on their welcome post, but you should be sending new arrivals out-of-character welcome dms. This not only makes the newcomers feel welcome, but it is easier for them to reach out to you for plotting.
We do not tolerate bubble roleplaying, metagaming, god-moding or face-chasing. You should be reaching out to beyond the same faceclaim group or your favorite faceclaims. If the admin team starts to notice a recurring theme of maintaining a bubble you will be given a warning. We want a wide variety of threads for our community so please stay away from keeping a closed group and open your character up for everyone to approach. We also do not tolerate selective replies, we understand sometimes you feel more inspired for a certain thread but don't ignore your other threads. If you no longer feel inspired to write a certain thread please inform your writing partner so you can talk things out or drop the thread. It's not shameful to drop threads but please make sure both parties agree to it. No one sided dropping is allowed.
05. Activity, hiatus and character change
Activity checks will be run every two weeks, to pass the activty check you must submit evidence of your activity which can be chosen from one of the following:
4 replies/starters
3 replies/starters, 1 timeline comment and 1 timeline post
2 replies/starters, 1 self para, 1 timeline comment and 1 timeline post
For hiatus you can opt for a semi-hiatus which lasts maximum for a month and where you need to do 1 reply or starter, or full-hiatus which lasts a maximum of 2 weeks where no activity is required.
For character change, you can change your fc 2 weeks after arriving but you need to inform the admins first of your decision. psswrd is your favourite supernatural creature Temporary character change is also allowed, it lasts 1 week and also needs to be approved beforehand by the admin team. If you wish to bring a second muse you can after 2 passed activity checks with admin approval. If you want a third muse it will need to be discussed first with the admin team.
06. Relationships and children
Dating is allowed after 1 month in the roleplay, although they are important romantic relationships aren't everyting, so make sure you're giving your character different types of relationships. Characters can get engaged 2 months after dating and marry 2 months after the engagement. Pregnancies and children aren't allowed in this roleplay.
07. Before and after arriving
While applying we ask that you please read through our lore notion thoroughly. A lot of thought, time, and effort has been put into these races and subspecies and the admins can tell in an application if someone has or has not read them.
Although it's sad when members leave our community, we understand that real life comes before roleplaying. If you wish to depart from Zenith we ask that you message the admin team letting us know of your departure from the roleplay. We ask that you do not remove yourself from any group or delete your MeWe account without prior notice. If you do so you will be banned from joining again. If you follow these rules and wish to return to Zenith as the same muse or someone new, you may do so after 1 week from your announced departure.
We allow asian facelaims from Korea, Japan, Taiwan, Thailand, China, etc, but no western faceclaims. We allow idols, actors and other public faces in the entertainment industry. Banned faceclaims include but are not limited to the deceased, any married idol, those with a serious criminal background, those under the age of 19, those who have expressed a wish of not being roleplayed, such as Baek Sumin, Kiji/Jisung, Pony, Cowsel, Ryu Won, Xiu Akay, Josie C, IU, etc, make-up artists, uzzlangs, youtubers or models.
You can also check out or list of businesses for a list of jobs available within the roleplay. If you wish to work at one of these business please include the name of the business and job title in your application. If you wish to open a business send the information required once your application is accepted.
After applying and being accepted into the roleplay you have 48 hours to either make or recycle a MeWe account and add the Admin account. Please make sure to set your privacy & sharing settings to: Mewe Search & Chat Requests On. We will give you 7 days to turn in a fully constructed bio. This must either be a link (like carrd, mystrickingly, or notion) or your bio must be posted to your wall as your “Featured Post.” If you make any changes to your bio at any time while you're in the roleplay, you must message the admin group chat with your updated bio.
