I did have a nice Thanksgiving, though it was a bit different this year because my brother and sister-in-law are on a vacation somewhere, so they weren’t with us this time. It was just my parents, my grandparents, and me. How was your Thanksgiving?

I did go a little overboard with Hot Topic’s $10 tees sale and some good dvd sales elsewhere, but freezing weather + social anxiety = online shopping, so my family and I were safe. (I’d never do the beating, so if anything I’d have gotten trampled myself and missed the in-store sales anyway.) Did you get any good deals anywhere?

Whatever the gift is/contains, I’m excited and will love it. :) Sorry my answers to the sign-up form questions were a bit wordy and super indecisive. I’m open to most things, and I’m excited to make someone a gift too. (I’m actually rewatching S7 right now for reminders and ideas.)

KRSS here! Oh, I think you'll be quite delighted with what I have in store for you! I'm doing well. Fortunately, I wasn't hit too bad by the blog purge. A post or two of mine got flagged, but they got restored. Thankfully, all of my shopping is done and I have that cookie baking event tonight! Things are just hectic as I try to finish all of the projects I want to do. Anyways, I should probably get back to work on some of them so I shall speak to you soon, my lovely! <3

I’m so sorry for the late response again. There’s been a lot of stressful things going on the past several days, plus tumblr hasn’t been notifying me of asks.

I was awake last night until 7:30am today working on cookies and then had to wake up at 10:30. I still haven’t finished wrapping, and I still haven’t finished making my CS Secret Santa present either. My friend was over this morning, and my brother and sister-in-law are coming soon, so I have to wait until they’re gone to finish those. I desperately need a coffee. 😞😴

How did your event go? What kind(s) of cookies did you make? 😋

BUT it's in your favor because it's now a crossover with one of your favorite franchises! Are you excited? Good! Get pumped! Awww thanks so much! ☺️ My icon was part of a design I entered in a Hot Topic/Fan Factory shirt design contest for Lilo and Stitch. I didn’t win, so I think I can use parts of it? The terms I think said I’d retain the rights to it and that it was okay to promote, so I figure it’s probably fine to use as my icon. I wanted a change. (I might change it again soon for Christmas though.)

KRSS here! You miss me? Agreed with a lot of what you said about the new Tumblr policies. There's a lot of terrible wording that can just be horribly misconstrued and abused. As for the KR feels, they shall be both happy and painful, depending on where in the story you are (Gotta keep you on your toes)! My weekend was busy, but funny. Now I'm worried I might be coming down with a cold though and I'm hoping I don't get too sick. Anything fun coming up for next week?

I don’t think I have anything specific coming up.... My parents and I did some Christmas decorating today. Hopefully maybe we’ll get to do some baking this week because I could definitely go for some cookies right now. 🙂

KRSS here! Glad to see Tumblr cooperating on THIS because I just can't handle this "no adult content" shit. Btw, I made some progress on your story last night and while I can't say anything right now, if I've done my job correctly, you're going to get some mad feels. It's not so holiday themed, but has a lot of winter in it. Crazy Ex-Girlfriend is one of the funniest and most topical shows on TV right now and it's a musical to boot. I'd definitely say to check it out. How is your week going?

Same. I don’t put nsfw on my blog, but some of my sfw posts were wrongly flagged. I am glad that they’re finally doing something about the issues, despite the motives that might have finally pushed it forward, but they could definitely do a better job with this because they’ve known about these issues for a long time. There are better ways of going about it than causing panic and fear of being hidden or deleted among quite a lot of their users because of content that was allowed on the site when it was posted, especially when their system is so broken that even people without such content have to worry it’ll get things wrong and possibly accidentally delete their blogs too. Plus their new wording and exceptions are sketchy.

Ooh I’m excited! Happy feels or painful feels? 😬 (Either way is good anyway lol.)

My week is going fairly well. A little chaotic at times, but well. I had a choir concert tonight, so my nerves have been on edge about that. Now that it’s over, I can hopefully calm down a bit and focus on the gifts I need to make too. What about you; how is your week going?

KRSS here! Yeah, grab bags are pretty difficult at times, but I got this cool Paint by Numbers thing that I think my friends will really like for this year. If you've never heard of those, look them up because they are straight up rad! I'm just working these days. I'm a temp who desperately wants a permanent job already. How is God Friended Me? I've been curious about that show. I've been watching The Marvelous Miss Maisel, Manifest, and Crazy Ex-Girlfriend lately. I'll talk to you soon, pal!

I personally love God Friended Me because it starts a conversation rather than focusing on one side. The main character is an atheist and his father is a pastor, and the main character gets friend suggestions of people he has to figure out how to help from an account claiming to be God. The people are sometimes interconnected in one obscure way or another, and it’s really interesting. If you’ve ever seen the show Touch with Kiefer Sutherland, it’s kinda like that but with religion mixed in.

Ooh I love Manifest too! I’m several episodes behind though. I haven’t watched the other two, but I have seen some stuff from Crazy Ex-Girlfriend on my dash and I’m curious about it. :)
