Krueger and I are survivors who don't last long in shelters/groups with other survivors (mainly due to a lack of trust and differences of opinion between Krueger and the leaders), so we travel around Europe looking for our own shelter (home). There's a bad ending: one of us gets infected and the other, of course, can't live without his husband, so the survivor take care of the infected and travel together anyway.The journey is dangerous, with scavengers, ruthless survivor groups, and military attacks on infected areas to eradicate the remaining infected, regardless of whether there are humans in that area.
