Shou was tossing and turning in his sleep. He was having yet another one of his nightmares about Cerberus. Time and time again the angry beast would approach him in his dreams and tell him stories about his life. But they were not good stories. It was always stories of fighting, fear and bloodshed. Even though Shou can barely see anything--it was all just blurs; Cerberus was the only thing Shou has ever seen clearly. The three-headed beast had piercing red eyes and rows of sharp teeth. Sure, Cerberus was just doing its job by fighting off those who would invade the underworld but, the beast terrified Shou. He was nothing like Cerberus. He doesn’t fight. He doesn’t harm others. Shou is kind, caring and heals others. So why did Cerberus choose him?

His eyes finally shoot open and he could feel the sweat dripping down his face. He sat up and secretly crept out of the dorm so he didn’t disturb his roommate. It was 3am and there was no one else walking the streets of the city. Shou was tired but, he was walking. He didn’t know what else to do. So he took out his phone and told it to text his hyung; Jongkook. If anyone would be awake at this hour it would be him. But hopefully he wasn’t on his shift.

Shou sat down on a bench out let out a loud sigh. Even if Jongkook didn’t text back Shou would probably end up spending the night here before class. He hasn’t had a good sleep in a few days and Shou was exhausted. He hated that he had to hide this secret from everyone. It felt like such a burden and sometimes he just wanted someone he could share it with. Someone who would believe him. Someone who wouldn’t think he was crazy.

The sound of the cars colliding registered to Mihyun as thunder. Her eyes flitted to the sky, but there were no clouds in sight, only a blazing sun against a cerulean sky. As a man in a business suit rushed past her, his emotions washed over her. Curiosity and a hint of irritation quickly fading. Mihyun began to feel curious as well and even though she knew she’d spend the next hour of pain, she’d be home soon with no one to prolong it. 

The bag thumped against her side as she reached the street, more and more people pressing around her, trying to get a glimpse at whatever caused the commotion. The words passed back like a ripple echoed accident, car crash, blood, pedestrians, foreigners, dead. The last word was spoken like a question, but confirmed as Mihyun felt the cold arch down her spine, setting her on edge. Whomever it was, they were dead and their death was seeping into her, pulling her down into it’s depths. 

A cold sweat formed along her brow as Mihyun pushed herself against the lunch-goers who seemed endless now. Some cursed as she shoved them aside in her quest to be as far away from here as she could, but no one stopped her. Each delay made her fumble, made her steps into lurching ones instead of strides. Her limbs were becoming numb, her heart stuttered in her chest, and her eyes fluttered closed as the cold swallowed her, pitching her body into the arms of a stranger.

✖ : Describe a way to make them uneasy or apprehensive.

Ignoring him or not displaying interest in what he’s saying or showing you or in anything he seems to be interested in sharing. He is fairly enthusiastic when speaking, mostly because he tends to want people to share his enthusiasm which usually works perfectly. However, if there is no interest or attention in what he’s saying, he becomes progressively uneasy, to the point where he needs to think of the words before saying them. He becomes self-conscious, silently admitting defeat and slowly accepting that maybe what he’s saying isn’t all that interesting after all. It usually progresses to the point where he quickly wraps up what he was saying and diverts the attention to the other person, letting them speak instead (or just remaining silent after).

✉ : Do they tend to rely on words or actions more?

On one hand, Mark does not talk too much on a regular setting, and would rather move his hands faster than his mouth. Some people needs to see before they believe anyways.

On the other hand, Mark also understands the power of reassurance. There are cases that words are needed to be heard, and Mark does his best to let his words be clear and concise when these moments come.

Show me the ropes;

     He inhaled deeply the city air that was tainted with pollution, his ears drowned out in the cacophony of sea of humans that passed by him. Yet Minho could not find himself to mind it the slightest - he was no longer the sickly child that would have been sent into coughing fits and dizzy spells when exposed to the harshness of the world. 

     No, to Minho, this was home. 

     Home was where his family was. Where his friends were. Friends that he had the opportunity to meet despite his past circumstances, and brothers that were the story behind his successes. A smile tugged at his lips at the memory of when he had first started training with Jongkook hyung at the gym, how the elder had taught the scrawny boy to turn loathing physical exertion into the enjoyment of keeping one’s body in top shape. Yes, he owed the other that much. 

     Checking the GPS on his mobile phone, it took Minho a fair amount of time and effort to get to the location the two had agreed to meet up at. Jongkook had been the first person he contacted the moment his feet touched South Korean ground, even before he had called his family. He had missed the elder quite dearly, the scarce e-mails that they exchanged over the months he was abroad for the soccer season not being enough. 

     ”Hyung!!” Spotting the other’s back from afar, Minho couldn’t help himself but call out for the other, waving excitedly as he sidled up to the table. “Sorry I was late; I didn’t think Seoul changed this much during the time I was gone,” he chuckled lightheartedly, pulling up a seat. “My GPS got messed up a few times too, this city is seriously too fast-paced for me to catch up.”
