"Are you trying to hold my hand?" :3

"What??" Taehyung's cheeks were flushed and he quickly pulled his hand away from Krystal's. 

"Heck no! Why--what--no!" He continued to stumble over his words until the girl finally started laughing, and he slowly started to calm down.  Letting out a tiny, nervous laugh of his own, Taehyung took a deep breath before reaching out and grabbing her hand once more. 

This time he didn't let go.

"Let me sleep." ;-; <3

Jinah scowled, staring down at the girl sleeping in her “bed.”  She nudged Krystal’s side with her foot again. 

"Seriously?" she sighed.  "I said you could sleep here.  I didn’t say you could steal my bed!" 

She continued to whine, but the young girl wouldn’t take up.  Grumbling, Jinah managed to steal a pillow and blanket and took refuge on the other side of the room instead. 

Humph.

Keeping You Safe ;; Jinah x Krystal

Today was really not Jinah's day. 

Jinah spent most of her day hiding out in the woods, hunting whatever edible creature she could sink her arrow into.  Unfortunately, the meat supply in her area was starting to dwindle so the most she got out of her trip was a rabbit--and it took her fifteen minutes to convince herself to shoot it. 

She shoved the dead animal in an old bag and tied it up before tossing it in her backpack and standing to her feet. 

"Sorry, buddy." she sighed as she shouldered her bag and checked the number of arrows she had left.  Once she was certain she had everything, she quietly made her way back towards the Free District.  It was starting to get dark and she didn't want to get caught out alone with a herd of infected on the loose. 

She was almost to the edge of the forest when she heard shouting coming from several yards back.  Her feet came to a stop and she frowned as she glanced over her shoulder at the noise. 

".. no." She shook  her head quickly. "Don't go look.  Mind your own business and get your ass home." 

She started to walk forward when the shouting started again, bringing her steps to a halt once more. 

She sighed heavily. 

Dammit.

Turning around, she quickly strung and arrow and ran in the direction of the shouting men.

Regardless, those scraps were his bread and butter until he discovered another talent than the one he had for selling shit no one should be buying. So yeah, this was bad, and he wasn't going to just sit around and let it happen. He had wasted hours the night before trying to come up with a plan, a way he would be able to sneak past the carefully guarded walls and retrieve his lost treasure. Ridiculous. Just the idea that someone like him, without papers and unable to even write his own name was going to be let past the guards. Even more laughable was the idea that he was going to be let out again, especially with a good chunk of medicine hiding under his coat. 

No, Jonghyo wasn't stupid. He knew that the solution to this problem was going to be someone else, and with a web of contacts as wide as his, it shouldn't be very difficult to find someone willing. At first he had thought about contacting a customer, planning to offer them a piece of the loot for their hard work. Because that couldn't possibly backfire. No, he needed someone who wouldn't just run off; someone who couldn't afford to just disappear. 

Suddenly it was obvious. It had to be another dealer. Someone who understood his situation and would value the promise of future cooperation. Jonghyo had no doubt that he couldn't hide from his more obsessive clients even if he tried, so that should be true for others as well, right? A glimmer of hope had shown itself, and after pulling enough strings that glimmer was given a name. Krystal. Young, beautiful, and trustworthy. Now all he had to do was find her and convince her to help, and his problem would be solved. There had been whispers of her being seen in the area of the old library, and Jonghyo figured that would be as a good place as any to start.
