Last thing about kingdomtale, and this time it involves the genocide route. After Flowey "locks" peoples hearts and turns them into some kinda pseudo-heartless, Frisk is left with two choices: 1.) Talk to the heartless and calm them down to unlock the "cages" put around their hearts, or 2.) Use the keyblade to strike them down mercilessly. At some point, the darkness brought about by their lack of mercy causes both monsters and heartless to flee, for nothing is safe from their blade anymore.
I actually really really like this idea.
Now, if I remember correctly, whenever a heartless is formed, there is also a Nobody, right? Would we be incorporating that into the KingdomTale as well?
I absolutely love the idea of being able to “unlock” the cage of people’s, or in this case, monster’s heart, or physically destroying them with the keyblade itself, causing the keyblade to somehow possess over the user, Frisk.
And if this is really how it works, then we can assume that if Asgore plans on making a keyblade to break the barrier using the 7 souls, imagine Chara’s soul in Frisk’s keyblade. That’s quite an interesting thought.
But thank you so much for all these great ideas and theories about Kingdomtale! Reading these are all so fascinating and I can’t wait to make this au bigger!
Wow
I am seeing so many great reactions about KingdomTale already. I sincerely hope this becomes a thing. I'm really really excited about it. Currently designing other character's outfits and keyblades/weapons. I'm also thinking about the au prompt and storyline for how KingdomTale could be incorporated into Undertale. So far got the base idea of what's happening. Any suggestions would be deeply appreciated! Please continue to love my KT!Sans more and more! Thank you all! ♡
Wait, I have a possible explanation for why Sans might remember uses of time magic while Papyrus can't: Sans is a keyblade master. He never lets on that he has achieved mastery and encourages Papyrus like "Hey, if anyone deserves to be a master, its certainly a cool guy like my bro." Also, we can fit Asgore into this if it turns out that in order to break the barrier, he plans on creating a weapon (keyblade) out of seven pure human souls of light, and whats more pure than innocent children.
Would that mean that Sans is partly able to break the barrier along with Frisk? (And if I decide to give Papyrus a keyblade, him as well?)
Especially during the latest patch, it’s hard to assume which of the skelebros is actually stronger than the other, since Papyrus’s HP and ATK changed to be higher than Sans, but Sans is the only one who has ridiculous “1″ ATKs, So this also brings us to the question if only one of the two had the keyblade, which one would it be? Or would it be that they both have a keyblade?
Still lots of things that needs to be planned out for this AU, but very cool theory indeed! Will keep this in the tags! :) What do you all think?
