Could a godtiered and experienced Thief of Doom steal the doom from a doomed session? I'm guessing it'll kill them if they can do it, so what could be a way for them to cheat death?

Yes! And nope. They would probably stay dead. Probably become the ghost overlord of all doomed timelines and the afterlife. Maybe upload their conciousness into a robot? Or you can have a doomed theif steal the doom from the sesson, leaving the other theif totally fine
