like sure this isn't weird, and straight-up shitty to tell a teenager to lose weight. i wouldn't be surprised if he had told her this when filming mjty or fof given he made the lead actors lose weight on those. tell me that Ai Mi being cast in kttph on top of all this is totally not weird.

like don't forget about how a lot of cdrama producers, directors, crew are men. connect some dots maybe. why was Ai Mi being pushed into romantic roles while she was a minor? ????!!!

and i call bs on "historically accurate" when idol dramas don't exist for historical accuracy and normally have no problem hiring an adult actor for a romantic female lead role regardless of age. it's not like there's any shortage of adult actresses.
