Originally releasing in the July 2012 edition of Windows100% magazine, Kujiloid's voice is meant to sound mature, like an older woman; VocaDB lists her under the genre "Enka". Her voicer, Kujira, is a seasoned voice actress best known for voicing Oto/se from Gin/tama, Orochi-maru from Naru/to, and Saku/ra Ooga/mi from Dang/anRon/pa. (she also does Ursu/la from the JP dub of The Little Mer/maid, but that only stuck out to me bc I'm a KH fan RFTVYH)

Also something I noticed- Her voice provider on VocaDB is a Producer called "synthesized flowers", also known as Kujirappe. So Kujira might a VocaP? Though that account hasn't posted in about 10 years. Idk if this is common knowledge or not, but it was a surprise to me. (Also VocaDB might just be wrong? I dunno I don't even work here.)

kujiloid comes with the starter-pack or can be gotten with the jan 2012 mook. (am i going crazy or does that not work with her release being 13 april 2012) (it might be the july 2012 issue i honestly could not tell you what the hell) (fuck no i think its the may 2012 issue, released on 13 apr 2012) her release is listed as 13 apr 2012 on the fandom wiki and vocadb though so im saying her bday is today. i think 13 apr 2012 was when she first appeared on nico douga. she's voiced by Matsumoto Wakako aka Kujira, and illustrated by Romilio

ihiro/ ihiro-chan first appeared on nico douga on 13 apr 2013, they're voiced by Igarashi Hiromi, and illustrated by kakao. they are one of the last windows 100% utaus to be released, and were released as a giveaway (i guess ?)
