I'm already gonna analyzing at least what I remember from the "Zeit" video. (As my language teachers always said I "had a thing for analyzing stuff and decoding metaphors etc..") So these are the scenes that I remember after only seeing the video once;
So first of all;...the scenes in the field...and in the boat (Although I will also include an alternative meaning about the boatride in the storm)
I believe the scenes in the field and "at sea" are scenes to show the forefathers to rammstein (what their grandparents or even parents did, long before the members were even born.)
Then you have the hourglass/the "sand sylinder" and the sand moving upwards (so time is moving backwards) while the video in itself seems to move sort of back and forth. (we gets flashbacks and get thrown into the future and then back into the past again)
I don't know the meaning of the "all around" order of the video. Perhaps its about how you sometimes WISH you could "go back in time" but time is still moving forward but then again you sometimes get these "flashbacks" and so time can in fact movie a little "all over the place??"
The boys with the guns are obviously the Rammstein boys as kids playing "war". (The credit says so that the boys are playing the members as "young").
While the scenes as them being grown ups and actually BEING in a real war, could symbolize the fact that some of their fathers DID fight in the war! So sort of a "you shouldn't pretend these things, young man, because you don't get how serious it actually was back then!")
I believe the birthing women are supposed to be the mothers of Rammstein giving birth to the members. (And because they are in this gigantic "hourglass", its a symbol that these women are giving the Rammstein members TIME..as they are being BORN.)
The Rammstein members being dressed in white and being blindfolded...hmm.. I believe this is to symbolize "when you are not born yet". You don't see anything (you are blind to the world as you haven't witnessed it yet!) and the pages of your life is completely white because again you are not born/you are naked/plain. And so you are just "at stand sill until you are born". That's why they are all sitting down by the "hourglass". they are "waiting to be born". They are "waiting to recieve time by their mothers and/or the "time angels/death angel".
The fact that the "Time angels/Time demons/Death angels" has a rounded face could represent a clock. Time. (duh uh)
But because time is always moving and you don't know WHEN you will die/WHEN "your time has come" (unless you are given a certain amount of months or days to live by a doctor from an incurable illness and even then you stil don't know the exact date and time of the day/night)) there are NO NUMBERS on this "clock"/"face"..as you don't know WHICH TIME THAT IS "YOUR TIME". Get it? So the round faces are just "blurry" and not "fixed on a specific time".
The "sand-sylinder" with the moving sand in the middle can both be a WOMB/BIRTH CANAL but also like I have already mentioned it can be a gigantic HOURGLASS (which seems more likely) and everyone is "inside" this hourglass. As we are all "surrounded by time"/"are bing in the middle of time".
I can't say much about the mechanical elements behind the Death/Time angel...?? All I rememeber was that there were some "statue" or "god" behind it?? Can't say anything about that yet, as I am only writing this from what I rememeber of the video. (and I have only seen it once!)
All of the rammstein boys being "drowned in sand" is obviously a metaphor that you wish to STOP the sand (the time) in the hour glass from running, but you can't. It still passes by and sometimes time can be overwhelming and pass by so fast and so you "drown in it" when you try to stop/slow it down. "Time gets you, and you age and eventually time will indeed drown you/kill you as Death comes to us all". The fact that the members are all "blindfolded" here is again that they do not know / "can't see" the END of this "sandstorm". Or perhaps it is to symbolize that you WANT to be blind...and just try to "sweep through life/time without wanting to actually think about it, and you don't want to think about how time is passing, but it still "hits you in the face" even though you wish to be "blind to it". The fact that some of the members seems to "challenge this sandstorm of time" (Especially Schneider that seems to just briefly toss his hands through it) while others simply let time pass them like Paul and Ollie...and also Flake? If I remember correctly?) and then you have Till that is desperatly trying to stop time (meaning that he see life as really short and he feels he is running out of time and so the passing time "hits him harder" than his bandmates...?)
The scenes in the cornfield and Ollie or rather "Ollie's grandfather/father" (?) losing a child to Death/losing her to " the Time angel/death angel". (I write daughter because it said "daughter" in the credits...)
Perhaps she took her own life? As she seems to be walking towards the "time/death angel" without any fear. Perhaps she was dying of an illness that was incurable (like cancer at that time, for which there were no cure for? Tuberculosis? Fever?) and so she KNOWS that it is "her time" and she meets " the angel death/the time angel/the end of her time" without a fear. Her father (Ollie's father as well or Ollie's grandfather/forefather) working in the field could be a metaphor that as HE is harvesting...so are ALSO the Time Angels/Death Angels. It's "harvest time both for the crops and for the life of his daughter".
The noose around the neck in the water (pressure? you are being choked by time?) and the scenes when they are in the boat, trying to sail through the storm.. are the only scenes that are a little...uhm.. I dunno?? Could be scenes from how their fathers/grandfathers fought in the war (being in the old navy..the noose could be from an execution and then burial at sea??)
At first I thought that maybe (haha) the Rammstein bois were ABOUT to be born and thus they were in the boat/womb and steering towards the "opening" ..."...about to be born!" But then they stop sailing because WOAH! "HOLD UP!" Who is waiting at them there by the beginning of their life!? You guessed it: THE TIME/DEATH ANGEL. So they are like "Wait...do we REALLY want to be born? To we REALLY want to GO THROUGH TIME?" (In other words: do we want to get to the "other side" which is "life itself"...and to do that they obviously would have to pass the "time angel"...because what is "life" really?...if not PASSING TIME?? Time that are given to us when we are born =the "Time angels" holding the babies...but also time that eventually has to end in death for all of us = the "Time angels" taking Ollie's forfather's daughter with them back to the hourglass...going "full circle in the circle of life".)
The scenes with the portraits of the members being nailed or "jabbed" onto the wall could symbolize that even when these six men will (sadly) be all dead PHYSICALLY...they will still be REMEMBERED in our lives and in the lives of those that care about them the most (personal family, friends, partners) and so the portraits are like "frozen memories"/"frozen images" of someone, that we "hang up on the wall" (that we keep forever) long after our loved ones has "physically passed."
Aaaand that's it! That's what I remember! I might add more when I have watched the video more than once..BUT this is just MY thoughts about the symbolism in the new video. YOUcould of course have other ideas. That's the beauty of Rammstein: They (mostly) don't give you a straight answer of what their songs and videos means. And so we can all analyze them as we want!
