Being an artist is like being a nen user. You have an innate talent for a specific branch of art, and can spread into other categories if you wish but if you try to learn a art style too different from your own--you’re prob not going to master it too well. Of course, there’s always assholes like Kurapikachu who are just good at everything and they’re pretty much cheating genetically somehow.

BUT THEN THERE’S THOSE FUCKING PRICKS WHO ARE JUST THEIR OWN THING AND YOU JUST STARE AT THEM LIKE THE GODS/GODDESSES THEY ARE AND JUST KINDA CRY BECAUSE YOU’LL NEVER BE LIKE THEM.
