I really like the franchise tbh (and Saber honestly lmao) but the issue probably comes down to it pandering to otaku in the end but I feel like that’s mainly an issue with stay night as Zero attempts to not reduce the characters to tropes

i personally liked fate/zero because it explored a lot about the grail wars in a more i guess ‘realistic’ fleshed out and grounded way that fate/stay Deus Ex Little Sister night didnt while also managing to have some really charming characters but i also feel like its shunned by a lot of Fate fans because it is so....different from basically any of the other spinoffs.

YEAH i just don't get it. like i ordered 'em both on the same order so you'd think they'd just pack 'em both together. i know my sd card reader/micro sd card came together today

but i guess those are less expensive

that reply was too long but i was also gonna say that is mostly cause whenever konami outsources silent hill to a western developer they always try to make their own shitty version of silent hill 2 while forgetting why silent hill 2 was good

YEAH honestly pretty much. like i don't want some pyramid head clone or similar enemy following me around everywhere trying to spook me. that's why i liked in re6 where like... they took a break from it since re3, right? there wasn't some big bad that kept coming back after you

but then in jake and sherry's campaign there was one of those enemies, and it was just like "oh that's really cool! i like that they brought it back!"

but they've had something like pyramid head (like in homecoming's case, EXACTLY pyramid head) ever since they've been changing up developers. because pyramid head was so cool

(but we don't need him in every game)
