This event was suggested to us by our sponsor, Sakura Color Products of America, and was a great success. There was a strong turn out and we saw some fantastic artwork. This is definitely something we want to do again next year.

my fav part of knc was panelists making a reference to the garbage goat and everyone seeming to know exactly what the garbage goat was and i just turned to my friend like what the fuck is the garbage goat and i swear we were the only people in the room that didn’t know what the garbage goat was

Thank you to all of our attendees, guests, exhibitors, artists, volunteers, and staff. KuroNekoCon 2016 was our most successful year yet and we are very happy to have shared it with you. We broke a new barrier this year with over 2000 attendees and had an amazing response to a number of panels. Registration went so well this year that someone used the phrase, "suspiciously smooth." Given the amount of work behind it, it's no suspicion to us. We have worked very hard to give you the very best and we think our hard work has paid off. If you were at closing ceremonies you were the first to hear our big news: We are happy to announce that KuroNekoCon 2017 will be held at the Spokane Convention Center July 29th & 30th! We've wanted to announce our dates this early for some time and are excited to finally be able to do it. We are also excited to announce our first guest, Wendy Powell. Wendy is a veteran voice actor with over fifty roles in some of the most well-known anime and video game franchises. We welcome her many years of experience and unique insight into the anime industry. Is there something you think we messed up? Is there a certain kind of panel you really want to see at KNC? Or maybe you think we can do better with certain events. We rely on your feedback to help us know what you liked, what you didn't like, what worked, and what didn't work. Nyah ha! Looking absolutely fabulous (and quite scandalous) in that mask if I do say so myself~ overall, fins could have been smaller and further from my mouth, but eh, too lazy too do that. After cosplay chess and photos, I removed the fins and became mystique for the rest of the night.

As you can see, my fins hated me today by continuously being retaped to my cheeks every hour or so. Purple thing? Yes, I'll show you that in the next post.
