9. Both of them I think! They obviously battle over it. I think that they'd both "let" the other win at different points in time though. (Also can someone please write a fic where they do this and it's like 'the one time Jane won and the one time Kurt prevailed' and at one point Kurt reaches over and does a sneaky steal from Jane's bowl but some of it drops on their lap or shirt or something and Jane scoops it off and is like "ha!" and she ends up with some on her face and between laughs they kiss the chocolate off the other's face and have a little make out before Kurt pulls back suddenly and puts a MASSIVE spoonful of pudding in his mouth and Jane realises that he had used leaning over for a kiss to steal the rest of her dessert?)
