It depends if you want a guy or a gal! Yato from Noragami seems easy enough and so do most the characters from Durarara or Steins;Gate. When I did a last minute cosplay I chose Tifa Lockhart and went thrifting and then hemmed and painted!
I mostly go for guys, actually! less attention to them tatas thanks for the suggestions! I would actually love to cosplay Okabe though (he's amazing), but I think I'd feel a bit awkward cosplaying a character from a series I haven't watched.. hm. curse me for not following trendy anime!
