Kwama Forager from The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind
Kwama Forager
I crocheted a kwama forager (Jolene) . I used new life wool in cream, red, dark grey, yellow and brown(and a bit of mystery sparkly green yarn) and a 5mm hook. It has fairly minimal sewing (just the eyes and ends), and Jolene is hollow so you can store stuff inside.
Starting with the teeth (cream):
Chain 6x8+1, skip the first chain and {3 sc, turn, Dec, 2 sc, turn, dec, 1 ch and 3 slst down then another 3 slst along the foundation chain} repeat {} 6 times. Fasten off yarn and sew in ends.
Gums and internal body (red):
Sc into the other of each of the foundation ch. Sc around x2. Next, making sure the spaces are aligned with the teeth, 3 sc , 3 ch around. 3 sc , 3 sc in the 3 ch space around. Fold over and pull teeth through then sc around to join first round of red sc to the last.
(I like to make the inc/dec align so it creates slight corners just for the morrowind graphics vibe)
Inc, 7 sc around. Inc, 8 sc around .
[In BL only] Inc, 9 sc around.
Inc, 10 sc around, Inc, 11 sc around. Sc around x3.
{sc around x3, dec, (11-n) sc} repeat x9, where n= the nth repeat you're doing
Dec, sc around, dec around and fasten off and weave in ends.
Face (cream again):
Making sure dec is aligned with those on the joining round, in unused red FL , 8 sc, dec around. 7 sc, dec, sc around.
{(n+6) sc, inc around} repeat x6 , where n=nth repeat. Sc around x5. Fasten off yarn and sew in ends.
Eyes (make 3, dark grey and mystery green sparkle held together):
Ch 6, skip ch, slst, sc, hdc, sc, slst, ch. On other side of foundation chain: slst, sc, hdc, sc, slst. Sew onto face.
Outer body (yellow and brown):
Slst around face edge in yellow.
If into slst, then BL only, else back post
You'll be doing a spiral, so work a bit of yellow, switch to brown and switch back again.
Yellow:
2 slst, 2 sc, 2 hdc, 6 dc, dec (counts as first 12 dc, Dec), {12 dc, dec}x5
{(12-n dc, dec)x6} repeat x10, where n is the nth repeat
Dec around into brown (dc, dec)
Brown:
Start 6 stitches away from first yellow stitch
2 slst , 2 sc, 2 hdc, dc around.
When working into yellow's 10th repeat, dc, dec
Fasten off both colours and sew in ends
"Mr. Kwama, wouldn't you like some more of my delicious mud tea?"
That's what I imagine Dunmer kids are doing in their free time - throwing tea parties for all of Morrowind's eldricht horrors!

Art featuring Rheavie, the adorable OC of @katastronoot.
I got the inspiration from one reblog tag of @downontheupside #Ahhgudhdud i love how the kid looks like they just want to go back to playing with bugs outside instead of seeing dessicated ghostly grandpa
And obviously this iconic photo:

BLARING IMPERIOUS ORCHESTRAL
I'm on my first Morrowind playthrough and I was terrified of the kwama forager chasing me (evil cinnamon roll)
