EVTEKA’S HUNGER GAMES THIRD CHALLENGE !

[ ♛ ] :     anxious; that was something shixun didn’t feel often. through his eyes, he had always seen things logically in sense to his scientific mind. he was the type to believe that the world was created by accretion from the solar nebula, rather than god himself. he was the type to believe that humans were created through the process of evolution by natural selection just like all living organisms, rather than god himself. shixun has always been the type to think logically, therefore the sight in front of him caused his brain to swarm with questions and constant confusion. he didn’t know what was going on.

[ ♛ ] :     it was easy for him to identify the person as a girl, but he couldn’t understand the blue flames swarming around her body but not managing to let out a death-like scream. shixun came to a conclusion that that girl wasn’t human, but what he couldn’t put into details is what was she. the way her eyes burned holes into his own, he couldn’t help but take a step back. he had seen something that he shouldn’t have seen and he figured that no human on earth had taken this creature down. teeth chewing harshly on his bottom lip, the only thing that he could think of is to run. long limbs making a dash for it, he knows soon that she was going to chase after him. no matter how strong shixun was, he wasn’t going to risk fighting something that shouldn’t exist in this world. he wasn’t going to lose his life.

( STARING ) at the vehicle she stood in front of in the parking lot of the mall with her best friend, Yumi questioned how both of them were having a debate over something illegal. All she wanted was a pretzel from the food court, not a future sentence to prison. “Of all the things to do right now, you seriously wanna break into someone’s car. We have pretzels and you wanna steal a car. I bought you cinnamon buns and yet you’re so determined to break into this car when we could be eating food and watching Assassination Classroom right now.” She narrowed her eyes at the other before bringing the sugar coated pretzel between her teeth to bite off a small piece, chewing and keeping herself quiet for a short couple seconds. However, her silence ended as soon as she’d swallowed that piece. “First you try to steal the food, then you almost smuggled someones puppy out their purse, now this.” Nagging once more with small laughter she was attempting to hold back. Yumi couldn’t argue about the puppy incident being funny.

   ━ ( ☁ ) IT HAS been so long since the male spoke a language he was comfortable with. It added an odd feeling to his stomach but he really enjoyed it for odd reasons; after all the boy was raised in the states, English easily becoming a secondary language that he tended to use more often. “How did you learn?━ English I mean. It’s not that everyday you run into someone━ literally━ that speaks English.” He shifted in his placement, not knowing what questions were good to ask. “I’m Dillon by the way.”

it's been quite the while since he felt like this. his fingertips are numb from playing so much guitar and yet there’s an amused smile plastered across his face. how come he even cares this much? well he ain’t got time to ask himself stupid questions like that now, instead he leans over and drums his fingers against the guitar’s body and starts a soft beat before once again playing. how he manages to feel so calm is almost a miracle. feet kicked up on the table in front of him, he’s sunk down in his chair, guitar resting on top of his torso as he gently plays. “it’s been a while since i gave this a try.”
