NEW CASE
First I find out yesterday that there is going to be a 2019 reboot of Fruits Basket and then today I see the dghda fandom exploding because of #newcase
and basically what I'm trying to say is that I think I might actually be dead
My favorite thing about the Kingsman fandom, to date:
how much everyone stans Percival.
how much everyone stans a practically non-existent character
how those two things are the same
there is so much fanfic for percy omg
So I remember, vaguely, watching D. Gray-man about a thousand years ago (I must have been anywhere from 9 to 13 yrs old) and I also vaguely remember enjoying it.
Recently I stumbled upon it while casually scrolling through my hulu recs, recognized it, watched the first episode for kicks, and vaguely - yes vaguely, yet again, what a word - I remembered certain faces, certain names, and very general but very certain things. So now I've convinced myself I've got to watch it all again. All of it. Re-immerse myself in this anime I had almost completely forgotten, y'know.?. Alternatively: binge watch it and die.
I can already feel a headache coming on.
This is my best friend's first YouTube video. She is awkward and cute and an AMAZING artist. Check it out. And you can find her on tumblr @animationginger
Anxiety attacks
(Photography by me)
Anxiety and panic attacks are not the same, though the terms are used interchangeably. Panic attacks are more intense and sudden feeling of fear, terror, nervousness, or apprehension. They usually occur out of the blue without an obvious, immediate trigger. While Anxiety attacks are mild, moderate, or severe. Panic attacks, on the other hand, mostly involve severe, disruptive symptoms.
Anxiety attacks are usually caused by a stressor and goes away when that stressor does. Anxiety generally builds up over a period of time and it has to do with worrying. If the feeling of something builds up and the high amount of stress reaches a level where it becomes overwhelming, it may feel like an attack. Anxiety attacks are more on an emotional scale than physical.
You become a lot more irritable, you lose ability to sleep properly as it leads up to the attack. It’s normally a thought that lingers in your head and manifests into the worse case scenario. There are lots of ways to overcome this. At home you should practice taking deep breaths and relaxation techniques to help you ease the tension.
Though Anxiety attacks are not as bad as Panic attacks, they’re still something you should work on. To better your life.

Test Anxiety
(Photography by me)
You fidget with anything you can get your hands on. Your pencil, your shirt hem, your fingers, whatever it takes to help you through not freak out before this test. You see the people around you, half fidgeting themselves, other half is calm. You heart is racing, you’re so not ready for this test. You’re gonna bomb it. It’ll be the end of your life. You’ll be disappointed in yourself, your mom will be disappointed in you. The disappointment is rising, your anxiety is becoming worse. Your nerves are eating at you. You know you wont know a thing! Or do you?
You know this material better than you think you do. If you calm down and take a few deep breaths your brain will work better. No one works very well in panic mode. Not even the smartest person in your class. You just have to trust yourself. This material is not hard (unless it’s calc or advanced stats--) and it’s all in your head. Be confident in yourself. You (probably) studied your butt off for this moment. You know this material.
The truth is, your test anxiety is different from mine. When I panic, songs blast in my head and I just forget the material, but my teacher said something that helped me. You got this. You know this. You can get through it. It’s not as hard as you think. You’re smarter than you think you are.
Don’t trust me? Then read a few sites about it. It will help you.
