“All I really heard was that I’m adorable, I look sick and I’m pathetic. I have no idea if that was meant to be mean, but I’m just going to nod my head and agree since I have no energy to do anything else”. Mainly due to how Kyle was halfway asleep with his head rested on folded arms which were placed on the arm rest of the couch he was seated on. But additionally because he honestly felt weak even though he had already taken his meds earlier and just finished a helping of Campbell’s chicken noodle soup with Ritz crackers. He was only dressed in a pair of athletic shorts and a tanktop, but his body still felt as if it were on fire and he couldn’t get comfortable at all. The only thing he could think up next was grabbing a freeze bag from the freezer and laying it on his forehead, but he could barely fathom the thought of getting up as is. Nasally as ever and his voice sounded like hell, he definitely had a cold.
Ana knew from the second she caught a glimpse of Kyle that he didn't feel good, she had stopped by to see him, but he was pale, nose was red, and his voice was scratchy and a bit deeper than it normally was. "You are all those things, adorable, always, sick, definitely, and pathetic because you look like a little puppy that needs to be taken care of." Moving her hand up to his cheek, then to his forehead. "You're clammy and definitely have a fever, you should be laying down." Ana said softly, knowing he probably didn't want anyone to be talking too loudly. "Do you have any medicine or anything? You should probably take something to help yourself out a bit, if you don't, I can definitely run to the store for you." She honestly felt bad for him, she could tell he really didn't feel well and just wanted to help him out.
