After three successful years having a Kylux meet-up we’re planning another!

Dragon*Con 2017

So, it's heading into that time of year again. We had a really great meet-up last year. If anyone is interested in a Kylux Meet-up this year, please fill out the form

Forward to 2019

We had a really great DragonCon meet up this year. Unfortunately, things were cut a bit short when the hall filled up. The mod was also stressed out of her mind trying to get stuff ready. Most of the process of getting the meet up ready isn't too stressful... if there's planning ahead of time.

So what I'm asking for is someone to help me out for next year. We need to find a location early, possibly a room or something. If anyone is willing to help out please message me here or @robinasnyder

We get a few things sorted out early and everything will be super easy come Con Season 2019.

Kylux AWA

We had a great 2018 Dragon Con Meet up. I'm going to be at AWA in a couple weeks. I don't know if anyone else is, but if you'd like to find a time to meet up (more informally than the dragoncon meet) please send me a message here or @robinasnyder

MEET UP DAY AND LOCATION CHANGE!!

Hello All!

Happy Friday!

After reviewing possible locations yesterday, we need to move the location of the meet-up. It's still today at 7pm.

The new location is the Marriott Marquis, Atrium level. Behind the skybridge is a hallway, the hallway where the Star Wars, YA and Puppetry tracks are kept. (Map from the DragonCon App below).  

The upside is that this area is generally much quieter than many other places in the Con. And also physically cooler. The downside is that we're going to have to sit on the floor. If you have a disability and cannot sit on the floor, please tell us as soon as possible. Fastest way to get someone is to message @robinasnyder

Meet Up Details

Hello all,

Because our normal meet up spot is now a party hotel, this year we're moving to the Westin. As always, the meet up is 7pm on Friday. We'll be meeting on the floor above the Lobby, which has an alcove to the left (if you're facing the elevators and standing over the front desk).

Because it's Dragon Con and stuff happens, the location may change, but the date/time will not, and all updates will be posted on the blog.
