The only reason Alva was here now was because his older brother insisted he still go off to school. "It's good for making connections" he said, and with everything that happened recently, it was important to make all the connections one could. It was better than sitting in misery at home, but that still didn't mean he wanted to be away. Alva dragged two duffle bags up the stairs, his trunk would have to be a second trip. He took out his key and opened the door.
