I'm Tired
Ok, so… how do I begin? I don’t always post this kind of things, because I don’t want to draw attention on me, but something happened and I need at least to summarize my version of the facts. I’m not going into details, because a lot of time passed and I’m kinda tired of this situation as well.
Let’s start.
On April Fool, a certain person wrote few things about JuzoChisa shippers on Twitter. Since I didn’t want to see certain contents (because I really hate when people start offending others based on ships), I unfollowed them. We weren’t mutuals, so I didn’t think it was a huge problem. So, I vent about this situation – people who offend and assume things about others based on ships, headcanons and fandom related subjects – on my Twitter profile, in Italian, because I was and still am uncomfortable writing in English (I’m terrified at the thought of doing stupid mistakes). Then, I wrote my thoughts about JuzoChisa AND JuzoKyoChisa in a short English tweet, saying that I’d love seeing an interaction (even on a sexual level) between Juzo and Chisa, implying the fact that everything was only about the OT3 (JuzoKyoChisa) dynamics. Since then, a friend of this person (and sometimes even the person of the April Fool incident as well) keeps on talking about me, namedropping me and saying nasty things about my person (like I’m an homophobe, an idiot and so on) and my fanfictions. The most absurd thing is that I don’t think I ever shared a conversation with them on Twitter! Nor I was aware of their existence until after they started to say this and that about me!
However, now, I don’t want to talk about my fanfictions (more specifically, two of them: “Don’t Say A Word” and “Life is Beautiful”), because, especially the second one, they are really important to me. I don’t think I offended somebody with them: I put all the warnings, and I don’t understand why this person read them back then and now won’t stop saying terrible things about them. I don’t even want to justify the subject in one of them: it’s something so personal that I’m not really ready to talk about it. But still… it kinda hurts seeing people that know absolutely nothing about me, going wild about fandom platitudes and attacks me personally – giving only their interpretation of the facts, manipulating them to their favor. At the end of the day, I don’t really care: there are more important things in my life that I have and need to focus on, but I wanted to leave here a sort of statement in order to make the facts somehow clear, if someday some of you will ever happen to read a post or a tweet in which a certain person says that “Insane/Bloodyiria is a homophobe and once she wrote a date rape [note: to this individual’s view] fanfiction”.
On a side note: this person even kinda outed me in their tweets to their followers. It seems they care more about a fictional character’s trauma, than a real person feeling on their sexuality. :’D
(As always, sorry for my mistakes and poor English).
Kazuo: Hey, Munakata, you're not doing anything constructive. Run into the living room and get my stogey.
Kyosuke: Is there anything else I can do for you, Tengan?
Juzo: He's an old man. This may be his last Christmas.
Kyosuke: If he keeps it up, it WILL be his last Christmas.
