She had never had the opportunity to go to the community pool before. It was one of those anxiety ridden places, and the fact of the matter was, she was a bit too tall for a lot of the dressing rooms. This had turned out a bit more successful, and subsequently, Chuck had managed to at least show up and sit by the edge of the water, submerging her lower legs and enjoying the cool water. That was all well and fine enough for her, given how big of a step this was.
Spotting someone woefully underdressed for the pool prompts her interest, and when she recognizes the face, she manages to brighten at least somewhat. Waving to the other in a shy gesture, she doesn’t quite smile, instead, searching the other’s face for any recognition.
“Nice to see you again- yeah?”
