Is it possible to have top surgery but not go on htr? I don't necessarily want to go on T anymore, but I definitely want my chest removed. I'll go on T if it means getting my surgery, but if there's a way around that it would make me happier.

I’ve heard it is harder to top surgery without T, but it’s not impossible. I’ve seen it done. I think you’ll need to look into whether the surgeons you’re looking into require you to be on T. I think I also heard that having a letter from a therapist can help? -Charles
