I highly doubt he (or any of the Octrio guys) actually needs to take showers with them being mermen and all, but if he did own a loofah it would probably be a light purple color, maybe grey. (When they're in the sea, the Octrio guys might also have sea sponges, but again they won't really even need it)

His loofah is just plain white. Not beige, not even a creamy off-white color- just plain white. It matches his hair quite nicely, but it's also just a little boring.
