I would like to think that they could’ve delayed it to let crewel mourn but like…it’s social media, they find out about everything in a snap of a finger and since it’s about a famous fashion designers daughter, we already know how news outlets and social media will react when news of something this big happens!

After Midnight — Idia x Reader

It was way past midnight.

Idia's room was dark except for the faint glow coming from his hair. No monitors. No games. No distractions.

Just the two of you beneath the blankets.

You were lying against his chest, listening to his heartbeat when his hand slowly slid down your back.

"You know..." His voice was quiet, almost nervous. "If you keep cuddling me like this, I'm not responsible for what happens next."

You lifted your head.

"Oh?"

His flames immediately flared.

"Don't say it like that."

"Like what?"

"Like you know exactly what you're doing."

You smiled and leaned closer.

"I might."

He swallowed.

Then he kissed you.

This time there was nothing hesitant about it.

His hand settled at your waist, pulling you closer until there wasn't really any space left between you. His other hand found your cheek, thumb brushing softly over your skin as the kiss deepened.

When you pulled away for air, his forehead rested against yours.

"You're really trying to kill me tonight..."

You laughed softly.

He kissed you again.

Each one a little slower, a little more desperate.
