{’ he watches with an amused expression as the other tells him his candy cane tales and nods } They are quite nice to eat, just be careful, you might get cavities from eating too much candy. {’ he purses his lips and nods } Thanks! {’ chuckles} So, what are you up to today?

;he nods and gestures for you to take the candy, waving it again and he bounces on his toes a little too excitedly, humming; Mhm~ People don't usually take them for some reason--but i hope you'll take it~ ;he dwindles off towards the end of his sentence and blinks up at you, growing shy all of a sudden; ..I'm Soo--what's your name?~

Oh? They look harmless. I’ll eat mine on Christmas day, it’s like a tradition to eat them at Christmas day for me. {’ he chuckles, feeling a little dorky but shrugging the feeling off, smile never wavering; he takes the candy and bows his head politely as a ‘thank you’ } Pleased to meet you, Soo. ;his lips momentarily quirk into a pout when denied, though it's not that much of a surprise because candy canes were kind of an acquired taste anyway, so in search of something else he goes back into his bag, this time pulling out a cinnamon candy wrapped in shiny plastic, expression a little more hopeful as he blinks up expectantly at you; What about these--they're spicy--cinna--cinnamon-y~? ;his cheeks rosy up abashedly, never able to really pronounce the word well but he smiles regardless;

Zitao sighs with exasperation because he can’t fucking eat anything and hadn’t this kid’s mother told him not to talk to strangers, much less approach them with candy? Hell, he’s doing half a predator’s work for him. “If I take this, will you go away?” Zitao deadpans, plucking the candy from the boy’s fingers.

;toddles over to the male, bundled in winter gear and mittens and a knitted scarf, before tapping him on the shoulder lightly and he pulls a candy cane out from the satchel that's slung over his shoulder to hold it out towards you with a little wave of his hand, grinning until it forces his lips to shape into a heart; Hi there!~ Do you like candy canes?~

He watches the boy come over, finding him oddly reminiscent of a penguin, covered from head to toe in winter gear; Zitao is the opposite, with just a jacket he’s left unzipped and a beanie covering the majority of his hair. When the boy presents the red and white striped candy, Zitao is momentarily thrown for a loop. The kid is so cute it’s almost disgusting. “…Not really,” he says after a moment.
