When Azriel had pictured his future, it had never featured this kind of happiness. His brothers, their families being his family too, sure, but he never expected someone of his own. He certainly never expected the preppy, yoga-teaching, freelance writer who lay in his arms. He never expected someone who liked late nights to his early mornings, someone who danced in their underwear around his apartment, someone who made him drink green juice smoothies and practice stretching.

He never expected bliss.

I’m really looking forward to your series Make You Stronger, as well as Love and Other Weapons! I was wondering what inspired you to write the series/how did you get the idea? I love your writing!💙

oh!! well, Make You Stronger was @azsazz!! she came up with the cowboy batboys idea and was kind enough to let me join in!! we brainstormed a little, came up with an idea, then several ideas, and then it became like a whole series and now it's like our baby. we love ranch.

as for Love and Other Weapons. well, that's kinda like a personal love letter. I am very much a yoga/pilates girly, and I want a gym boy to help me with my weights. I want a gym boy to be my cardio. I just think it would be so cute, and then I was thinking about modern az being a bounty hunter, I had a few angsty ideas, and it all spiralled from there into this idea that I'm trying to lock down perfectly. I love it so much, I'm so excited about it. I can't wait to finish uni for the year in a few weeks and get onto it!!
