Lunch had already passed, the kitchen had been tidied a few hours prior, and dinner was still a couple periods away, so there wouldn't be anyone preparing meals yet.

His cheeks are slightly flushed from sleep, and his hair is an absolute mess, and once he catches sight of Shirley in the corner, he settles for resting his head back on Lewis' shoulder, chirping contently*
