Picasso once said, “Every child is an artist, the problem is how to remain an artist once we grow up.” However for Italy based artist, Lolle (Lorenza), has kept an adolescent style of a dreamlike world in her illustrations that are set in “messy and pinky rooms,” since she started drawing at the age of 5. Her imaginative world is populated with “furry monsters, bizarre plushies, spooky dolls, cats, stylish babes, cosmic mermaids, pastel unicorns, colorful toys, ghost stories, flying bats, fairy tales, striking clothes, pop culture, candies, cakes, dreamlike movies, fantasy books.”

Bio:

Lolle is a freelance illustrator based in Ascoli Piceno, Italy and has been drawing since the age of 5.

Inspirations:

”(ﾉ◕ヮ◕)ﾉ*:･ﾟ✧ I’m inspired by: childhood books, horror movies, 80’s/90’s toys & plushes, unconventional fashion, other artists works and moooooreee,” -Lolle.
