guys I figured out a solution to the la misere/l'un vers l'autre problem

we give la misere in small pieces to fantine, young cosette (optional but I WANT IT), and eponine all with the original meaning (idk what you'd do with the uses of the melody in fantine's death, finale etc since it makes less sense if we use it as the women in poverty theme song but this is hypothetical so). I mean really small like maybe one verse each so we don't crowd

we give l'un vers l'autre to eponine as intended because gosh it's pretty and eponine deserves time to sing about her unrequited love just as much as she deserves time to sing about her terrible living conditions because THEY ARE CONNECTED MY FRIENDS and also because it's not cool to belittle someone's quote unquote petty emotions just because they have quote unquote bigger problems that's way dehumanizing and gross don't do it

and idk if you still think that's too much solo for eponine I think you're silly bc fantine and young cosette have much more compressed parts therefore the addition would be more obvious for them, but I've never heard anyone complain about how fantine would have too much solo time if she got la misere. also l'un vers l'autre is like way shorter than la misere

so there friends you have it we can have la misere AND l'un vers l'autre without overloading any part vive la republique
