Not gonna lie... he's kinda cute tho. Very close runner-up for my third favorite Cog.
🚦So you know how if you send this guy a friend request he can ask for the deed to your estate? Well that's what he did to you when you asked him out because he didn't realize he had feelings for you.
🚦So the next day you come back with some papers and tell him to sign them and tell him it's the deed to your estate. Thinking you're just a stupid toon, he signs them and then you laugh and call him an idiot and run off with the papers, leaving him to wonder if he just made a huge mistake.
🚦Yes, he did.
🚦TECHNICALLY it was a deed to your estate, kind of. Basically he has 2 whole square feet of dedicated land that you've essentially now promised not to develop without his consent, but those 2 square feet are broken up into 1 square inch squares around your estate so he can't even do anything with the land. So you just trolled him. {You would've made him responsible for property taxes, but then that gets into dicey legal territory where he might have rights over your estate.} [Please do not question why I know these things I am a normal human being I promise.]
🚦Alton was actually kinda impressed with your ability to troll him and navigate the law. So much so that he decided to accept your initial asking him out on a date {he just wanted an excuse to say yes but he didn't realize it}.
🚦The date actually goes pretty well and that's when he realizes he's had a crush on you this entire time and that's also why he kinda signed those papers without reading them!
🚦So he lets you take him on a second date, and a third date, and so on...
🚦He warms up to you pretty quickly and always seems to want to hold hands.
🚦Actually, he's kind of a sweetheart once you get to know him.
🚦Alton LOVES to cook for you, especially if it's a southern dish. He's always finding an excuse to make you some food, ranging from, "You'll get hungry losing all that heat fighting Cogs in The Brrrgh!" to, "I had some leftovers so you can have them." {The 'leftovers' are clearly fresh, LOL.}
🚦Don't get too curious about the tape on his head. :)
🚦Unless he's sitting down or you have a stepping stool it might be kinda hard for you to kiss him since he's so tall. He'll just have to pick you up so you can kiss him...
🚦If he gets really strong emotions he tends to jump up and down and pretty much cause an earthquake. You might want to invest in a seismograph so you can tell when your boyfriend probably needs some calming down.
🚦You might also want to invest in a sturdy rope or ladder {if you don't have high dive} to help him climb out of all the holes he'll be falling down after causing so many mini earthquakes.
🚦Alton is a bit of a workaholic, so you'll have to convince him to go home when his shift is actually over versus working 4 hours of overtime that he doesn't get credit for anyways since he's on salary. It will take a lot of convincing every single time.
🚦Don't be surprised if you wake up to the sounds of a lawnmower at like 6 AM and find Alton mowing the grass in your estate or something similar to that nature. It's just a deeply ingrained habit for him to maintain land and keep it aesthetically pleasing.
🚦He will one day give you 2 square feet of dedicated land separated into random 1 square inch squares around his own estate. Aww, how sweet of him.
