So, I had heard about how important are storks in Lithuania, and had heard about that "tradition" in which when storks make a nest in your namas, they bring you good luck. In Vilnius I've seen many homes with figurines of storks in gardens, made of wood or plastic, but last Saturday in the countryside I could see this poles near homes in the fields and almost all of them had a stork family, looking just like they were guardians of the house. No wonder why lithuanians think they bring good luck, because it must be awesome having your own stork family in your garden, they're supercute ^_^

These pics were taken in the village of Labanoras. Later, dad stork arrived to the nest too, with some food for the 2 or 3 baby storks inside :D
