Por vezes aparecem casos interessantes, como o da sequência de fotos a seguir: um chiclete foi parar dentro do local onde conecta o cabo de rede no notebook. A reparção foi feita de forma minuciosa para não danificar a placa e o resultado pudesse ser a reatilização da placa com conectividade. Após algumas horas tudo estava resolvido. Muitos computadores chegam ao laboratório da NetDom bastante empoeirados. É feita uma limpeza, além de substituir peças necessárias para o bom funcionamento.
